Chief Convener

Arielle Molino

Arielle joined Pollinate Impact during the early days of its launch and has been holding the Network’s threads ever since. Based in Nairobi, Kenya, Arielle spins bold vision into action, steers strategy, and makes sure there’s money in the bank (bless her). She keeps her ear to the ground and her heart in the work, helping the Network stay attuned to the needs, gaps, and possibilities across the impact incubation ecosystem.

With over a decade of experience in East Africa’s impact entrepreneurship space, she scaled the Sankalp Forum into the region’s largest convening. She expanded it to West Africa to deepen collaboration. She also helped launch the East Africa chapter of I3N, co-created StartupWave, and developed tools and curricula that have supported hundreds of early-stage entrepreneurs. Her earlier years included work with social enterprises across India, Kenya, and the U.S.

Arielle believes that the impact incubation industry in the Global South holds the knowledge, experience, and creativity to drive change from the ground up. Her challenge is to help weave Pollinate Impact and its dedicated, often playful team, into a collective voice that not only reflects the ecosystem, but helps shape it for systemic change.

Outside of strategy calls and introductions, she pours her energy into Arielle’s Angels, her home baking business known for cakes that taste like joy. A true “hostess with the mostest,” she loves throwing dinner parties, curating themed gatherings, and going on outdoor adventures with her family.
