Sophia joined Pollinate Impact as our membership was beginning to bloom across regions. Based in Metro Manila, she leads the charge in welcoming new members into the fold, nurturing engagement, and weaving together collaborations across the network. From onboarding to building out our Collective Action Teams, she makes sure our community stays connected and ready to act.

With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit and development sectors, Sophia brings a rare mix of strategic thinking and warm relational care. She has led membership and engagement efforts in both the investment and fashion advocacy spaces. She’s built communities around shared purpose, growing movements from the ground up and helping people find where they belong. Across these roles, she’s cultivated deep expertise in mobilising networks, nurturing trust, and turning values into action.

Sophia believes that when people are mobilised around shared values, powerful change follows. Her challenge is to keep the Pollinate Impact network moving, growing in depth, not just numbers, and grounded in authentic relationships and bold collaboration.

Outside of membership mobilising duties, Sophia enjoys tending to her lush collection of houseplants, discovering new cafés, and settling in with a good book and a strong cup of coffee.
