Research Weaver

Himakshi Chaudhary

Himakshi joined Pollinate Impact just as the Network was steadily expanding. Based in Delhi, India, she leads our efforts to strengthen data and insight across the field—gathering the evidence we need to better understand the impact incubation industry and advocate for its growth. Her work surfaces both the progress incubators in the Global South are making and the systemic challenges they continue to navigate.

She brings a rich blend of research experience, sustainability expertise, and cross-regional perspective. Her work has explored climate, gender, and development across Asia, Africa, and Latin America. With a background spanning academia, consulting, and audit, she combines analytical rigour with a storyteller’s sensibility, always asking how insight can lead to meaningful action.

Himakshi believes that good research should be both methodologically sound and rooted in a real-world context. Her challenge is to ensure the field is not only seen, but truly understood—by helping the Network share stories that reflect the full complexity, nuance, and brilliance of its members and communities.

Outside of work, Himakshi is a trained Hindustani classical singer who finds joy in poetry, crime novels, and a good badminton match. Whether she’s at the mic or mid-game, she brings the same rhythm and reflection that shape her approach to research and learning.
