Based in Bangalore, India, she leads our integrated digital strategy, crafting thoughtful content, amplifying our brand voice, and making sure our communications speak with both purpose and precision. From planning to sharp execution, she brings a rare blend of storytelling, insight, and deep digital fluency.

With over a decade of experience in sectors like tech, education, health, and hospitality, Madhura has worked with mission-driven organizations to spark engagement and drive meaningful online growth. She has trained and mentored over 5,000 professionals in translating complex marketing concepts into practical action. She brings this same clarity and care into everything she does at Pollinate Impact.
