Based in Mumbai, India, she supports our messaging with precision and heart, working behind the scenes to ensure our stories, strategy, and systems are all aligned. Whether it’s a pitch deck, newsletter, or internal playbook, she’s the quiet force making sure every word counts.

With over a decade of experience supporting nonprofits and early-stage social impact organizations, Aditi has led end-to-end communications efforts that help mission-driven teams reach the right people and stay focused on what matters most. She brings a strong background in strategy and process design, with a creative touch that helps organizations stay grounded and human in how they show up.

Aditi believes that effective communication is less about what you say, and more about how people feel when they hear it. Her challenge is to keep Pollinate Impact’s storytelling aligned with its values, clear in its messaging, and anchored in the experience of the community.

When she’s offline, Aditi finds joy in tending her garden, experimenting in the kitchen, or composting with care. She holds a BA in English Literature and a Master’s in Education—and brings a lifelong learner’s lens to everything she does.
