Astou is the founder of A to A Partners, a business and relationship coaching firm that helps individuals and groups transform their teams and their businesses. She is also one of the co-founders of Impact Hub Abidjan, an incubator‘Incubator’ refers to any organization whose programs primarily focus on vetting and selecting, promising social enterprises, and providing them with a comprehensive range of support services aimed at building and growing them to achieve maximum sustainable impact. and accelerator based in Abidjan. Before starting her own ventures, Astou was Associate Partner and Office Director at Dalberg, a strategy consulting firm focusing on international development. 

Astou’s global consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills stem from seventeen years of experience in strategy and management consulting and entrepreneurship support in Europe and Africa. She has worked with private corporations, governments, entrepreneurs, communities, and donors in areas such as governance and operational effectiveness, agriculture and food security, health, youth employment, access to finance, and women’s economic empowerment. 

She is actively involved in the implementation of a Women’s Investment Club and Investment Fund in Senegal and Cote d’Ivoire to improve access to Finance for SMEs with a focus on women-led businesses. She was a member of the Investment Committee of the Assistive Technology Investment Fund which provides grants and business support services to organizations working on assistive products and services for the African market. She is a member of the Investment Committee of I&P Afrique Entrepreneurs (IPAE) , a series of three funds launched by Investisseurs & Partenaires to support entrepreneurs seeking economic growth and societal impact.

Astou is fluent in French and English and has a strong working knowledge of Spanish and Italian. She holds a Masters in International Economics from École Normale Supérieure (ENS) Cachan in association with Université Panthéon Sorbonne, Paris.

Astou joined the Pollinate Impact Stewardship Group in January 2024 and is a member of the Governing Board.  She was elected Board Chair in April 2025.  Astou is a self-proclaimed global nomad.
