Solomon has over 15 years’ experience in enterprise development, technical assistance, and the delivery of business skills training for MSMEs across diverse sectors in sub-Saharan Africa. His career spans leadership in social innovation, professional education, and banking, with a focus on supporting entrepreneurs to build sustainable and impactful businesses.
At Reach for Change, Solomon has served in multiple leadership roles; first as Regional Portfolio Manager, then as Country Manager for Ghana, and currently as an Advisor, providing program guidance and technical expertise to senior project managers within the organisation. In his current role, he contributes to shaping and strengthening the organisation’s programs, ensuring that entrepreneurs are equipped with the tools, strategies, and support needed to scale their impact.
Before joining Reach for Change, Solomon worked as General Manager at Simon Page, a professional management training institute specialising in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Strategic Management, where he successfully led a major market expansion into Nigeria and Kenya. He also brings valuable experience from the banking sector, having worked in both treasury and consumer banking.
Academically, Solomon holds a Master’s degree in International Business, complementing his professional expertise with a strong grounding in global strategy, enterprise growth, and cross-market dynamics. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, U.K., and a professional member of the American Marketing Association.
Solomon joined the Pollinate Impact Stewardship Group in January 2024 as a Governing Board Member. He divides his time between Ghana and the United Kingdom.
