Katherine joined Pollinate Impact to guide and grow the Network’s marketing and communications strategy. Based in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, she brings her sharp eye for storytelling and strategic thinking to help amplify the voices of impact enablers across the Global South. With a deep understanding that visibility doesn’t always mean value, she helps ensure that our campaigns speak to purpose, not just performance.
Katherine has worked across the education, publishing, ed-tech, and nonprofit sectors, helping clients grow awareness, build meaningful communities, and lay the foundation for fundraising. As a collaborative digital consultant, she brings both heart and metrics to the table to craft thoughtful strategies that align with each organization’s mission and voice.
She believes that storytelling can spark action, but only when it’s rooted in authenticity and empathy. Her challenge is to build a narrative for Pollinate Impact that uplifts not just the brand, but the broader work of our members and partners, ensuring the right stories reach the right ears for the right reasons.
When she’s not crafting campaigns, you’ll find Katherine volunteering with organizations that support foster youth, coaching lacrosse, or experimenting in her kitchen like a true ancestral home chef. She’s also a passionate reader and book buddy to her kids, with whom she regularly swaps reviews, favorites, and deep-dive discussions.
