I will make firm commitments to this network and its work, and I will do what I say I will do.
I will create space for others to speak and will listen to understand rather than to plan my response.
I will consistently work to lift up the stories and knowledge of leaders who are learning and working “on the ground.”
I will actively bring forward knowledge, experiences, and perspectives from the community(ies) I’m a part of.
I will work to ensure that other members of this network have access to my networks of resources and knowledge.
I will be honest and open through sharing my own failures, fears, dreams, hopes, and challenges with others in this network.
