Talented people in the impact sector deserve more than observation. We are offering a chance to genuinely contribute.

Contributing to real, ground-up network building.
Connecting with practitioners and changemakers across the Global South.

Developing skills that matter in the impact ecosystem.

The Programme's Goals and Priorities

1.

Residents actively support the growth of a member-led network of 75+ incubators across Africa, South Asia, and Southeast Asia — contributing to work that reaches more than 100,000 impact entrepreneurs.

2.

Early-to-mid career professionals gain hands-on experience within a purpose-driven, globally distributed team building the skills, networks, and confidence to move into the impact sector with intention.

3.

Residents help Pollinate Impact strengthen its operational capacity — from research and data management to event coordination and knowledge sharing — so that our members can focus on what they do best.

What Makes This Residency Different.

A real role, not a shadow role – you’ll own projects and deliverables from day one, not sit on the sidelines.

A global team – work alongside colleagues from Kenya, India, the Philippines, the US, and beyond, across multiple time zones.

Access to exclusive convenings – attend high-level events and networking opportunities typically closed to the public.

A Certificate of Completion – officially recognises your contribution to a global impact network on your CV.

Direct exposure to the ecosystem – gain insight into how incubators operate, how funders think, and how networks are built.

Apply for the May-July 2026 cohort and join a team that is building something that matters.
