These monthly Governing Board meetings are an opportunity to step back from day-to-day operations and reflect on the broader direction, health, and evolution of the Pollinate Impact community. As the Network continues to grow across regions through new collaborations, programmes, and partnerships, these sessions help ensure ongoing alignment around priorities, governance, and long-term strategy.
During the meetings, members may receive updates across programmes, partnerships, community engagement, organisational health, financials, and emerging opportunities or challenges across the ecosystem. The sessions also create space for discussion around key learnings, operational developments, and areas requiring deeper reflection or collective decision-making.
