Outline of an agreement / SLA document between incubator hub and the mentor
The hub can use this basic service level agreement (SLA) to enter into a contract with the mentor. The SLA outlines all contractual expectations of the mentor. The mentor must be given a copy of the SLA, work through the document and sign it.
